By accessing and using the EzyTutor platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

EzyTutor is an online tutoring marketplace that connects students with qualified tutors. We provide:

  • Tutor search and filtering capabilities
  • Lesson booking and scheduling
  • Secure payment processing
  • Messaging and communication tools
  • Review and rating systems

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are creating an account on behalf of a minor, you agree to be responsible for all activity on that account. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep your account secure.

4. Tutor Responsibilities

As a tutor, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your qualifications and experience
  • Attend scheduled lessons on time
  • Deliver professional, high-quality tutoring services
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality of student information

5. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

  • Attend scheduled lessons on time
  • Follow cancellation and rescheduling policies
  • Pay for lessons promptly
  • Respect the tutor's time and expertise

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through our secure payment system. We use an escrow payment system to protect both parties. Funds are released to tutors after lesson completion.

7. Cancellation Policy

Lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Post false or misleading information
  • Harass or threaten other users
  • Attempt to conduct transactions outside the platform
  • Upload harmful or illegal content
  • Violate any applicable laws

9. Disclaimer

EzyTutor, as a platform provider, is not directly responsible for the quality of services provided by tutors. We encourage users to review ratings and conduct due diligence.
